I used to love decorating for the seasons. Pre-minimalism, I had different decor for Easter, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc. You name it, I decorated for it. 

I don’t know if it’s my newly acquired minimalist tendencies, or just pure laziness, but I don’t feel the need for an abundance of decorations anymore. 

I’ll probably still have spring flowers, a Christmas tree and an autumn wreath, but no where near the amount of “stuff” I used to decorate with.
